The roller is a cylinder which thin needles are positioned and is manually rolled over the skin. The needles make small punctures in the skin. This stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration process. Too much pressure will make too deep of perforations, which can lead to scar tissue and stiffness on the skin. Not enough pressure will only make superficial perforations, which will not have any effect on the skin. The roller does not insert active ingredients into the skin.
